We have a two days exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. NOTE: We only exchange sizes. We don't have any pickup service. To get exchange on any article, customer will have to send it back to us. We will dispatch the new exchanged item after receiving.
